Arbor for Parents

From September 2022, we are moving to Arbor for our school communications, club bookings and management information systems.

The first step for parents to take is to download the Arbor App (from your usual app store) and/or register on the parent portal. To find the parent portal log in please visit:

https://leybourne.uk.arbor.sc/

You then add the email address that we have on record for you and click First Time logging in?

You then follow the instruction on the screen to access Arbor. If you have any problems please contact the school office. Although we may not be able to help you straight away and may need to ask Arbor for additional help, we will do everything we can to get you on line.

School Lunches
We will not be sending home a meals request form as this is no longer required.  Children will be able to order a school meal with their teacher in the morning, providing their account is in credit. You will be able to top your child’s school lunch account up via Arbor and their payments system, information on how to do this is shown in the following link:

https://support.arbor-education.com/hc/en-us/articles/204177771-Paymentaccounts-and-topping-up-the-meal-account-on-the-Parent-Portal-or-Arbor-App

If your lunch account was in credit from Schoolcomms you should request a form from the school office which when completed and returned, Mrs Potter will forward to The Contract Dining Company on your behalf to request a refund.

School Shop
I am very pleased to say that the “School Shop” Payment Option is now available on Arbor.  This feature can be used to make payment for particular items such as the Christmas cards and voluntary contributions.

There is a difference between the App and the Parent Portal accessed through your computer.  The App does not have an “Add to Basket” option – meaning you have to select and pay for each type of product separately. The Parent Portal does have this option, so if you have selected a variety of products, this might be quicker and easier to use!
